I have always dreamed of opening my own restaurant. It doesn’t have to be big and grand like the gourmet ones. It is a place just enough to display my love for the culinary arts. Since my teenage years, I already came up with a Restaurant Business Plan which I plan to carry out as soon as I am old enough to borrow money from funding agencies. This will help me slowly build my dream. This takes time and I know I will get there.

Funding is crucial that is why I do my part to save some money. I accept small catering services to add to my current savings. I know that Starting A Restaurant is just the tip of the iceberg. There is more to it than what we usually know. This is why I am planning my steps carefully. I consider this as a one-time shot that I don’t want to blow.
